The bed is extremely comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The people at the restaurant and reception were amazing. Super good for parking, the view to the mountains is simply amazing, the pool was nice as well. Keep in mind that it’s a suggestion for people going by car, if you don’t have one it might be super complicated

Clean and very accommodating the staff

The room neat and clean. I requested a blanket and it was there as expected. I went there on a cold day and heating inside the room was well balanced to keep me warm. It's a little room but it has everything you need. It's very cosy room and I had a very good sleep. Staff was helpful providing me a power adapter.

900m to the Lourdes church and very close to all the restaurants and shops

Location is excellent, a 7-minute walk to the Sanctuary. The area is quiet and it feels very safe to walk late at night. Hotel staff was very helpful. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I loved the terrace of our room. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was a great spread of options - all available as a buffet and more than enough to suit all options. The staff were great - I have not been here for about 9 years - but they recognised me immediately (before I even mentioned my name) - and gave me a great welcome that made me feel at home straight away.

We had a lovely stay. Excellent service. Everything was nice, clean and tidy. The location is very accessible. The Pyrenees Museum next to the hotel was another plus factor. Highly recommended!

Restaurant excellent. New chef has real talent- matching ingredients and succeeding in perfect marriage of flavours. A most enjoyable experience dining here.

Every thing, it’s location the warm welcome, my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to the church, grotto and shops , restaurants and I highly recommend the breakfast and it’s cheaper to book same time as your room.

This days are not staying but I was staying last year and it was good

the bedrooms were squeaky clean, everything so tidy and smelled so good, really nice bathroom, nice and cosy, amazing location right in the centre.

The proximity to the train station was key; Lourdes is relatively small so the hotel is never more than 15 minutes away from anywhere of note.

The staff was very nice, ready to help whenever I had a request. In fact, the fellow who worked the front desk after 10pm was happy to talk French with me at a speed that I could understand, kindly giving me pointers, etc.

The very friendly and helpful owner allowed me to check in early which was a great helo. Also stored my luggage on leaving day. Very clean and comfortable in a great location an easy walk from the station. Was very quiet also and would highly recommend

This hotel building premises is very historical. With St.Bernadette of Lourdes. It used to be the convent where St.Bernadette lived before moved to Nerves town in France 🇫🇷 after the apparition of mother Mary. And as a small child where St. Bernadette had her nursery education at this convent school. All the historical evidence still visible up to today. Even the mother may statue where St.Bernadette used to pray still stands at this hotel premises.

It was close to the center, the staff were soo friendly and the rooms and the cleaning was perfect!
