The hotel features a friendly restaurant serving traditional French cuisine.... The proprietor is accessible and very friendly and helpful. He made a very standard but adequate accommodation extremely pleasant and we will stay on our next visit to see my son. Dinner service and choice was excellent.
Maison d'hôtes Saint Alary has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and shared lounge in Lavaur. There's a sun terrace and guests can use free WiFi and free private parking. This place was awesome! Beautiful property with a garden and a pool. Corrine and Bernard were wonderful hosts. Corrine is an amazing cook. I had a delicious breakfast every morning including homemade jam from their garden. I had a cold the first night and she made me homemade soup and gave me some homeopathic medicine that fixed me right up. Their dog Nounou became a fast friend. I would highly recommend this place. It is close to the town of Lavaur and to the Buddhist centers in the area. I will be going to back to stay there as soon as I can!!

In contrast to most styles hotels this one is in a quiet location, easily found, but near to the town centre for restaurants and the worthwhile tour of the town centre. Top quality reception staff who were very helpful both on arrival (choosing a restaurant) and in the morning (description of the origins of the main building and recommendations for visits.
