Excellent breakfasts at the hotel! Moreover, I asked for special conditions (I have dietary restrictions) and the hotel staff accommodated my wishes and I was able to maintain all my food and diet preferences! great approach! I really like it. The hotel is well located in the center of Flume. There are several restaurants and pizzerias nearby, and a ski bus stop is 20 meters from the hotel entrance. Please note that the bus does not go to the Cros Voland, but only to Notre Dame de Belcombeau. This is not a problem, but I didn't know about it in advance. The hotel has a restaurant with good prices and service - the fondue and raclette are excellent. I really liked the option that you can always ask in advance and they will prepare something special for you that is not on the menu, and if you have dietary restrictions this is a fantastic level of service. Personnel sympathique, chambre confortable (lit,chauffage,isolation thermique).

Everything was exeptional. Is a wooden mountain chalet very cozy in the middle of full nature. Everyone feels like family, it's a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly staf, good breakfast. As someone who enjoys riding motorcycles, I had booked a different hotel each night in a different town. If I hadn't booked and paid for the hotel for the next day, I would have wanted to stay another night.

Staff was very polite and accommodating of exceptional late night check in. Also provided accurate information about possibility of private transport in a small alpine village

Made very welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Amazingly helpful staff. Room spacious and clean with lovely terrace. tea and coffee in room. Bar with lovely outside area for the evening. Pool/hammam/jacuzzi so appreciated after a hard day biking.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner were very good and different choices each day. Went with my daughter for 5 nights and will be back with all of my family again.

Nice bar, decent restaurant. Very close to the slopes.

Amazing hosts. Bedrooms are beautiful. The Spa is great, we enjoyed the sun in the terrace after the sauna and the pool.
