the bed was so comfortable! Everything was great. We particularly enjoyed the spa.

Great hotel, great location, helpful staff.

Very beautiful view from the restaurant area especially, incredible food (the breakfast buffet was heavenly) and very nice staff. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna area was very appreciated too

The hotel itswlf was good. They had elevators. Easy check in and check out. Bed was comfortable and the bathtub was much appreciated after all the walking. Pretty area for the christmas market. Breakfast was great.

Comfy beds, huge bathroom, good breakfast, perfect location in the city center, bar with a selection of local biers

The customer service was outstanding! Celine was wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and has a feel of a home away from home. They kept hot apple cider in the lounge area available at all times. There’s also options to buy different beverages and during check in they gave us a wood Christmas ornament made in Alsace as a keepsake. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking right outside the hotel. 15 mins walk to the Munster train station and across the street from a smaller train station (this stop I was told is on requests only). I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The hosts were very nice. The breakfast was lovely. The view was nice from the mountain where located. All the amenities were good.

This property is outstanding in every way. The hostess was kind, polite a talked to us like she had know us for years,

We booked this hotel as part of a motorcycle tour, preferring a smaller town over a larger one for bike security, and this Hotel has some garages - although as it turned out we could park in front of our rooms we did not bother,... The Hotel has number of "motel style" rooms behind it, and we had one of these as a "free upgrade" as the hotel was busy, the rooms were very large with a small sofa and table, plus a large bed, bathroom and seperate toilet, the rooms were very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The Hotel was clearly built to a very high standard and looks great, possibly a little dated now, but I liked it a lot, a refreshing change from modern Hotels. An added bonus was the facilites with a decent sized swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, very welcome after arriving by motorbikes in torrential rain (other weather conditions are available, but not bookable) and dressing gown in the rooms. The gym is quite basic - but who goes on Holiday to work out??? Due to the bad weather we decided not to explore the town looking for places to eat or drink, but there are several other options in the town, this turned out well as we really enjoyed the set meal in the Hotel which was amazing value. For cyclists or motorcyclists the location is perfect, with great roads on the doorstep, a good base for exploring the region. The staff were really good and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Stunning valley views – Our room looked out across the Munster Valley, with a chance of seeing the Swiss Alps when skies were clear. Tasty breakfast – The small buffet was simple but high‑quality and fresh, enough to fuel adventures in the Vosges. Superior dinner – menus are presented in advance, and staff readily accommodated allergy or meal-preference adjustments. Excellent staff – From reception to restaurant, service felt genuinely warm and helpful.

Very nice staff. Dinner was fabulous! Beds were comfortable. Very good price.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. STAY IN MUSTARD. THERE ARE TONS OF RESTAURANTS AND SMALL SHOPS. MUSTARD IS ABOUT A 5 MINUTE DRIVE FROM METZERAL.
