Surrounded by its own moat, this B&B is set in a restored château in Onzain, a 10-minute drive from Chaumont-sur-Loire. Les Douves is a unique and beautiful property. The rooms have a historical feeling with exposed beams and are filled with sculptures and art. The weather was fine and we were able to eat delicious breakfasts outside near the water. The owner, Sebastien, was welcoming and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants nearby. We recommend Les Douves to anyone visiting the Chateau area and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

DOMAINE DE DUGNY provides accommodations in Onzain. Beauval Zoo is 40 minutes' drive away. Good size clean mobile home. Good facilities and reasonably priced food and drink. Football pitch, bouncy castles, basketball, park and games to entertain the children. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

With Chateau de Chaumont sur Loire reachable in 4.9 miles, Nosybe37 has accommodations, a restaurant, a garden, a terrace and a bar. Mobile home was lovely, on an excellent site complex.

The host couple was super friendly and nice and the breakfast was better than in a luxurious hotel! 10 points!!

La maison Maria Rosa offers accommodations in Onzain, a 7-minute drive from the castle and gardens of Chaumont sur Loire. All rooms are fitted with a shared bathroom equipped with a bath. The house is beautiful, as well as the big room and the services. Very quiet location and exceptional breakfast. Maria Rosa and Patrick are the kindest people you can hope to meet on a journey. Definitely a recommended stay.
