Outstanding room, very modern. Great views. Lovely and very friendly hosts. They even had a bicycle garage and some tools, so we could make a minor bike service. For dinner, we could eat at a vietnamese restaurant in town (which the hosts recommended and reserved for us)

The duplex apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Its location next to the public parking was very convenient for travelers arriving by car, and the thermal spa and casino were nearby. We also appreciated the host’s quick response and helpfulness during our stay.

We were only here for 6 days and did a lot of walking. we...

We were only here for 6 days and did a lot of walking. we spent one afternoon at the thermal baths which is very nice but has become very expensive. There are a couple of places around town where you can soak your weary feet in the hot water free, which is lovely. We visited a couple of bars in Ax-les-Thermes for coffee/hot chocolate and a beer, the bars are very friendly. You definately need transport in D'Orlu it's about an hours walk to Ax-les-Thermes which is where the nearest shops are to get groceries and bars, but it is only a 10 minute drive. Amazing for a ski resort there is even free parking. We enjoyed everywhere we visited so didn't actually find anything that we would avoid on another visit.
