Clean and very accommodating the staff

The gentleman who runs (and I think owns) the hotel was lovely- very helpful and knowledgeable about Lourdes which was great. Breakfast was fine and included fresh baked bread and croissants. The hotel is perfectly situated- 10-12 minutes from the churches etc but far enough away from the crowds that it was remarkably quiet at night. The hotel doesn’t have parking but it was relatively easy to find nooks and crannies to park in nearby. Overall it was a very pleasant place- no frills but clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Plus it had good quality bedding and good shower pressure!!

The room neat and clean. I requested a blanket and it was there as expected. I went there on a cold day and heating inside the room was well balanced to keep me warm. It's a little room but it has everything you need. It's very cosy room and I had a very good sleep. Staff was helpful providing me a power adapter.

The staff was very nice, ready to help whenever I had a request. In fact, the fellow who worked the front desk after 10pm was happy to talk French with me at a speed that I could understand, kindly giving me pointers, etc.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were so clean and beds really comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left daily. Shower is a bit small but it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good each morning.

Nice place and close to everything

Breakfast was a great spread of options - all available as a buffet and more than enough to suit all options. The staff were great - I have not been here for about 9 years - but they recognised me immediately (before I even mentioned my name) - and gave me a great welcome that made me feel at home straight away.

The location was amazing. The hotel is very close to the main square with the Sanctuarium. The hotel has dedicated lift outside, what has a huge positive impact when we are tired. Around the hotel we have to access to shops and restaurants. The host is helpful and very friendly. He helped us order a taxi to the airport, which was very helpful and surprising.

The location was excellent. close to the grotto and also close to the shops. The restaurants are close by the bridge. All is a walking distance. The staff very helpful. They gave us extra towels. Staff provided all that we requested for and on time.

900m to the Lourdes church and very close to all the restaurants and shops

we did not have our breakfast. The location is very good we were able to find it easily

Good location in a quiet spot just 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame de Lourdes and the town centre. Very clean hotel! Staff were so lovely and helpful.
