We arrived late, and staff were still available to talk to us. Very efficient. The room was clean. Bed linens comfortable. Shower was small but clean. I asked about gluten free breakfast bread which they were kind enough to provide. We recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, on a pleasant square, next to the cathedral. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. We were not in the restaurant, but went for breakfast. Excellent croissants, otherwise the breakfast was average.

It was a unique experience. the location was great and it was very comfortable for two couples. Breakfast was good and filling.

For the bargain price I'm saying this was exceptional. The locatIon was convenient and secure in a residential area and close to restaurants. The gate locked at night for security and opened with a code. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean and the heating system worked really well. The staff were friendly and effective and there were lots of cleaning staff around in the morning. Breakfast was good. There was nothing not to like for a cheap stopover on the way down South and I would happily recommend it to families or anyone who likes good value for money..

The room was extremely comfortable and very warm (gorgeous choice of materials and airy/Scandinavian design like). Bed and pillows very comfortable. The hotel has 5 rooms, so you feel like royalty. The staff was absolutely awesome going above and beyond to meet all our needs. One of the best meals I have ever eaten at the two Michelin star restaurant, where Chef Xavier Beaudiment treated us to an explosion of tastes and textures, beautifully presented. The creativity and talent is obvious and this place is very deserving of all its accolades. We chose the hotel/restaurant to meet our geographical trip, but in the future we might make it our destination and work the rest of our trip around it. Chapeau bas et merci!!

Great location close to the periphery of the city and easily accessible from the highway. The rooms are well sized and comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice and diverse. A big plus is the onsite free parking, making it a great stopover place. The staff was very nice as well.

Love the location and the layout of the rooms at the Calais Campanile hotel. This is our third visit to the Campanile but the first in this location. The staff were very nice, very clean as though it had just had a revamp.

The ambiance was really nice both in the evening and for breakfast. People also very kind and helpful.

The customer service and proximity to city centre

Great location and a comfortable stay.

Two large beds and fantastic shower

Breakfast offers plenty of choices, even you can order gluten free bread cooked for you when you say it to the staff. Local cheese choices were also good.

Upgraded rooms from the basic ibis group

Clean, respectful, good staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location. Great value and fun aesthetic.

Great location. Free parking. 12 pm check in. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Great hotel for stoping and sleeping. Not much around for eating or leisure. Very clean hotel and staff was friendly.

The hotel design is amazing (very artistic). The private hotel parking was very much appreaciated. The bed was very comfy. Room very clean. Also there are lots available for reading.

It was lovely. Rooms are nicely decorated, reasonably sized. One of the rooms was painted as a children room - we liked it very much. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was OK.
