Everything was wonderful! The dinner and wine were perfect!

The staff was very flexible and friendly. The hotel was also nice to make it a breeze to check in once reception had closed.

Location, position in the town, traditional French style, cuisine and value.

Beautiful and comfortable. Loved all the art and pottery.

The location was amazing in front of the wineyards! We were travelling by car and they have the parking right in front of the rooms. The breakfast was delicious!

Convenient location, not far from motorway, but still no noise of motorway. Also liked the room which was clean and had spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and a restaurant nearby managed by Campanile hotel located next to Premier Classe. Receptionist made a reservation for us for dinner saving time walking back for booking. Parking space was also sufficient around the building.

Staff so friendly and helpful Clean and very comfortable Great location

Super nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast. All in a creative cosy atmosphere. Good bar too.

Nice place , for sure I will come back there if i need hotel around.

Nothing to fault. We have been coming to this hotel for more than 30 years, for the location on the main square of Puligny-Montrachet, warm atmosphere and good food. All those ingredients are still there, now upgraded by the COMO group. It’s not cheap, but worth it. Comfortable and beautiful room, great breakfast and dinner

Location, comfort, cleanliness

Close proximity to city centre. The staff were so helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Assisted with lunch/dinner options and transport. Very cheerful

you cannot beat the location in the center of everything the American bar the Bistro all 1st class

perfect place, it was pleasure to be there, staff was friendly and they guide us over the palace and told the history of it, excellent place to stay, highly reccomend!

Location Room Quiet Clean Safe Parking

Friendly staff, easy access from highway

Perfect no frills stop over hotel. Very reasonable price. Very clean and very quiet. Obviously you can't stop the human element. Some people have no consideration but that is just unlucky. The room was everything it needed to be. Staff were very welcoming, happy and friendly. Easy to find and easy to understand from info. I didn't eat so can't comment on breakfast. There are vending machines for coffee and snacks but you will need cash for these. WiFi worked great. I liked it so much that I booked another Ibis for the next night stop based on this one and the last that served me in the afternoon alone.

Super clean and comfortable rooms.

The wine bike experience was great. Meals at the hotel restaurant were good too

Was a stop to sleep overnight and left before breakfast. We had a great dinner at an Italian restaurant 100m away that served us after 9pm. So we cannot judge the location other than it is about 1km from the motorway and there are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy
