Have stayed here multiple times and each time is better than the last, staff are friendly and helpful, always felt at home here, food is top quality at a super affordable price. The beds are always clean and comfy due to the amazing house cleaning staff

Excellent location ,five minute walk from ovo hydro. Beautiful rooms very comfortable beds. Lovely bar & restaurant area as well as outside sitting areas right by the Clyde. Staff super friendly. Would definitely recommend & hopefully be visiting again.

We were fortunate to have a really friendly and helpful colleague to assist us throughout our stay. Her name was Shannon. She gave us the utmost excellent service, making sure we have a comfortable stay for a week in the hotel. "Nakal" Nick was exceptional too. Overall, it was a delightful stay. Fantastic location, just next to the Botanical Gardens and on the riverbank of the Kelvin river. They allowed me to check in early.

The room was lovely and warm, comfortable and clean, plenty of room and space. The staff couldn't do enough especially PayPal at reception. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend staying here

The location is very central, about 3 km from Queen Street Station. The area feels safe, the staff are amazing and very helpful, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Bus routes into the city are easily accessible. Heating system works very well.
