I am surprised by some of the poor reviews. We used this a one-nighter before an early flight (we did not do breakfast) and I was very happy. Good room, good TV, bathroom. Easy checkin, Good restaurant on-site. Good price. Shuttle to the airport for a price (about the same as a taxi - no point in waiting for it to go to the hotel, but it is convenient to have it booked for return). Ample parking. Much cheaper than the hotels closer to the airport.

The location was good with a reasonable distance from the city center and nearby some restaurants to eat.

The place is very beautiful and classic. If you are into these kinds of hotel themes, I definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were very helpful, polite, and professional, and I look for it in every hotel I travel to. The breakfast was nice too and delicious. My rooms were clean & tide. The services were great and fast, I asked for a room with a view & they provided quickly, this alone is enough for me to come back again to this hotel if I travelled in the future. Highly recommended 👌

Nice location, with bus stops right outside and down the street, easy to get to from the city center. Easy to check in and out, clean room and lovely breakfast. On the day of my checkout I had to leave before breakfast startet, but they had packed me an express breakfast that I collected from reception at 6am.

Helpful staff to accommodate the need of my stay. The location is central to Glasgow, with easy access to national rail. Go by foot, we were able to reach the west end, SEC, and city centre with ease, all under half an hour of walk time. The room was very quiet.

We were fortunate to have a really friendly and helpful colleague to assist us throughout our stay. Her name was Shannon. She gave us the utmost excellent service, making sure we have a comfortable stay for a week in the hotel. "Nakal" Nick was exceptional too. Overall, it was a delightful stay. Lovely spa facilities. Amazing breakfast, so much choice. 70s & 80s night was superb. Very good location for Glasgow. Most of the staff were amazing, happy, helpful & customer focused.

Location was outstanding across from a park,a museum and a castle. The staff and food at both restaurants was fabulous.
