A beautiful place with lovely shops and plenty of restaurants and bars. A great museum and Jubilee Gardens. Not enough time could have stayed longer. Would love to come back and explore from this base
We came to attend a birthday celebration and know the area fairly well. Our stay At Kateshill was wonderful as the owners and staffs friendliness was exceptional. The attention to detail in the rooms with the little “extras” is lovely. Breakfast was a good choice. The only downside of our visit was an evening meal at the Mug House on Sunday evening which seemed to be a leftovers from Sunday lunch as that’s the only thing they serve on Sunday Very dissatisfied with this
Bewdley is a beautiful picturesque town, plenty of eateries and small boutiques with a good selection of local food shops too. There are plenty of walks to enjoy and I can't wait to go back in the summer months and enjoy a portion of chips followed by an ice-cream overlooking the river!
Beautiful town, with great history, has a museum, quaint, plenty of choice of restaurant's, the George hotel Wetherspoons very good, and the pubs restaurant court yards and the other restaurants by the river are good and cafes especially the riverside café, clementine's and kimmy loves cakes , the merchants fish and chip bar , great river Severn for fishing and riverside walking and plenty of places to stay hotels and the coach inn very good to visit other beauties of both Worcestershire and Shropshire the River Severn railway
Beautiful historic working town. Lovely architectural features in the town with a nice collection of bars, bistros, restaurants and shops. The river setting is beautiful, with a rowing club opposite, and perfectly placed for cycling tours, and for enjoying the region.
Pretty little town. Lots of places to eat out and nice river front to walk along. Severn Valley train station for fans. Parking is limited and mostly pay and display car parks. Good base to explore the area.

The room was warm and right temperature on arrival. Staff helpful polite and welcoming. Our room was over looking the river very nice. Added bonus of fresh milk plus bottled water still and sparkling in a fridge ( very quiet). The best bed ever even beat a premier inn bed.We didn't eat there on this occasion but have eaten here in previous visits to bewdley . Will definitely be using mug house for future stays .
