Unfortunately, this accommodation was not in an acceptable...
Unfortunately, this accommodation was not in an acceptable condition when we arrived. There were broken items and furniture outside, broken cupboards containing broken items, and loose cables and plugs, including cables for a fan that was also broken and unusable.
The property had clearly not been cleaned properly. The bath was dirty on arrival and I had to clean it myself before it could be used. This was particularly disappointing as I was staying with two young children, including my autistic child, and expected the accommodation to be clean, safe and suitable for a family.
The overall condition of the property was very disappointing and not what we expected from a property booked through Booking.com. I reported the issues and contacted Booking.com regarding the condition of the accommodation, but I was extremely disappointed with the lack of response and support.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking this property carefully considers the condition of the accommodation before doing so. I have photographs documenting the problems and am currently seeking an appropriate refund from Booking.com.

A fantastic room in a very welcoming setting.
A fantastic room in a very welcoming setting. Beautiful garden and space for sitting outside. The cottage was very clean and welcoming and checking in as very easy with plenty of information as to how to. A great host who introduced herself and made it clear that she was there if we needed anything. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for having us
