A gem of a place. Felt like it was made just for me. Everything thoroughly modern, spotlessly clean, bijoux, comfy, private etc I could go on but I want to keep the coach house all to myself 😀 The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming I'm going back one day!

The property was absolutely stunning. Views to die for! Lovely location and the facilities were outstanding. The owner really goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. Cleaning standards very high. Plenty of space. Stunning kitchen and there is a lovely chippy nearby called George's which is a 5 minute drive. Located next to a doggy training centre so it was lovely to see all the dogs every morning. It was so peaceful.

The Angel hotel was very comfortable all the rooms had amazing wallpaper on the walls and lots of old photos around. The staff were very helpful and our bedroom was so nice and cosy and the bed was very comfortable . We had a meal in the Indian restaurant which was very near the hotel and found it excellent.

Nice clean tidy town. Loved the flower planting.

Nice clean tidy town. Loved the flower planting. Interesting shops and little alley ways. Easy to get around. I ate at “the grill” in Abbey road which was excellent. I also enjoyed my visit to the abbey church and especially grimsthorpe castle.

Nice little town.

Nice little town. Attractive architecture, fun little museum, nice walking potential both in the two town centre parks and at Bourne Woods (a 3min drive or 10min walk out of town). A range of eateries for most tastes (speciality sausage rolls from Grasmere's in West Street, and Sassi's Thai curries, to be especially recommended), and several very decent pubs (Smiths for a good range of local beers; The Mason's for well-kept Adnams, board games and a real fire). A gentle but warm welcome from everyone, in this unjustly overlooked little corner of Lincolnshire.

Bourne is a charming small rural town.

Bourne is a charming small rural town. Beautifully maintained. It isn't a 'party'town but it is a good base to travel from - Tattersall Castle is about 40 minutes away and that is worth a visit, for starters Eating there were several choices including the Weatherspoons if you want the budget end.

Bourne is a small place but plenty of facilities.

Bourne is a small place but plenty of facilities. Stamford is only just down the road and has everything you could wish for. So, you can have a busy day shopping and siteseeing in Stamford and return to the tranquility of Bourne for a quiet night and a good sleep. Smithys is good for eating and there are several nice pubs in easy walking distance. Even the Wetherspoons has friendly staff

Stayed here to visit family nearby- traveled to Peterborough and Stamford whilst staying overnight in Bourne. Both were within reasonable travelling distance- half hour drive. Bourne itself is a small town with cafe's and shops- really pleasant.

Breakfast was excellent. As someone needing Gluten free food it was the first time in years I was able to have a full English breakfast including beans, hash browns and sausage, never before offered at other establishments including chain B&B's and 4 and 5 star hotels, well done and thank you. Bedroom was very comfortable with everything provided you might need, again over and above what is offered as standard in some establishments. Owners and their team were very friendly, helpful and professional, again so often lacking elsewhere.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious - was expecting a good dinner but this was truly exceptional. Breakfast was filling and kept us going until dinnertime. Staff were brilliant - the team were very hard working yet friendly and charming with customers. Danielle, in particular, went out of her way to make our evening a massive pleasure.
