Excellent experience. Apartments are a piece of paradise. Very clean, cozy and stylish wth 2 bathrooms, close parking. The kitchen is fully equipped . The restaurant with fresh seafood is within walking distance. It's a pity that we only stayed one night.

This was an experience from beginning to end. They thought of everything you could possibly need plus offered Scottish treats and drinks. The rooms are totally renovated. The decor was very unique and tastefully done. Lived all the accessories ….. Pictures are accurate. Hotel quality linens and hot showers. You can control the heating. We watched the birds outside the bedroom windows, with our coffee in bed! So peaceful, we slept so well, no traffic sounds.

Wonderful stay with a fantastic breakfast. Warm and cozy decor, was a nice change from our camper van. Just a note for the light sleepers is that you can hear neighbour's going up and down the stairs leaving but it wasn't too bad. The Co-op is right across the street for picking up things for your trek out which seems to be the thing to do when traveling in out of season. Steps away to a local artist and antique market for picking up lovely souvenirs. Thanks for a great and inviting guest house.

To visit the Isle of skye requires time if you really wish...

To visit the Isle of skye requires time if you really wish to see what’s there. We spent two nights in a guest house in Broadford, which was a great location and a little less expensive than the rest of the island. There are plenty of restaurants and food choices around and Portree is an easy drive. I would recommend travelers have at least three nights on the Isle of Skye if you really want to see and walk what’s there

Stayed here because we could no find anywhere in Portree or elsewhere on Isle of Skye. Good location for accessing Isle of Skye. Not much of a town. Limited dining options and found that most do not take reservations so wait time is long. The one restaurant we found that did take reservations was lovely but extremely expensive.

The hotel was, clean, comfortable and well located near to good local facilities. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and cheerful. My only issue was with the poor local public transport. We were able to get around by car but would have preferred to use buses or taxies but when we wanted to go to Portree, we were told a taxi would cost £100 and we would need to book a place on a bus.

A small town with facilities as needed.

A small town with facilities as needed. A good base to explore Skye - we were travelling from ferry in Uist and broke our long drive for one night. We visited the wildlife hide nearby - the area is great for marine wildlife.

Broadford is well located to travel across all Skye, but also not too far from the bridge of Skye to reach back to mainland. It has a supermarket and some restaurants. A walk on the shore is beautiful.

Passing through, needed a base.

Passing through, needed a base. It’s a bit out of the way, no buses in evening to connect to rest of Skye for returning from activities. The coop nearby makes for good grocery shopping, and the shoreline trail is scenic, for a short walk. Bus stop is a 5 min walk.

Modern comfertable house in isle of skye. We had a wonderful time in this large house, it has 3 suites, each with its own bathroom. Huge isle in the kitchen with all the appliances to make a great family stay, we cooked and had a wonderful experience. It is very clear that this house was built for maximum comfort and pleasure. The host is very communicative and made everything to make our stay great. It is close to the cily center and was a great base for our star daily trips around the isle.

We loved everything about Bellfield house. The location was excellent for our visit to the Isle of Skye. The room was amazing with excellent facilities like mini fridge and microwave. The room was spotless and the host was very responsive to messages.

Lovely sheets. Everything was clean, no complaints really. Food was also very good, above expectations, especially cauliflower apple soup. Staff, especially a breakfast lady, also very good and polite, gave us advice about visiting Isle of Skye.
