Overlooking Bradford Bay, this luxury 4-star hotel is located in the village of Broadford on the Isle of Skye. Established in 1611, Broadford Hotel is the original home of Drambuie whiskey liqueur. Liked all! Hotel (est 1611!! Ancient house of the Dambries!) situated in a central part of Skye, for all the visits, but in quiet place next to the sea for a walk and watching rainbows! Spacious rooms, comfy, brand new equipments, very kind receptionist and waiters talking interest in the guests trip. The restaurant was excellent, super fish and chips, as well as full Scottish breakfast. Recommend it strongly!
Facing the beachfront in Broadford, Hebridean Inn has a restaurant and a bar. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The breakfast was really good and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We and our dog enjoyed the stay :)
Facing the beachfront in Broadford, Skye Picture House features a shared lounge and a garden. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating With any of our requests! Definitely will be staying again once revisiting Skye
Located in Broadford, Croft4 - Cottage1 offers two 2-bedroom cottages with self-catering facilities. Complimentary WiFI and Free Parking is provided. I could wax lyrical about Croft4! We stayed 4 places on a recent holiday around Scotland and Croft4 was our absolute favourite. Superb COVID measures in place and the apartment was spotless on arrival. Excellent kitchen facilities, lovely bathroom and comfortable sofa. Beautiful bed linen and fluffy towels. There was even a face cloth which is something I love. Really lovely toiletries too. Milk in the fridge for our first cuppa on arrival and Talisker before bed. Great fresh coffee in the morning. What’s not to like. Josephine very prompt and efficient when contacting. I cannot recommend Croft4 highly enough.
Located in Broadford in the Isle of Skye region, Tigh Beag na h'aibhne features a terrace and mountain views. This apartment has a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Had a great stay in Broadford. Location is surreal. Cabin was immaculate. Host was very accommodating, a bottle of Prosecco was left for arrival and the host even posted our left items
Stay on the Bay is a cabin located on the edge of Broadford Bay in the heart of the Isle of Skye, and offers sea views. The accommodations has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Nice place to stay and it very clean. Recommend to stay at this place
Nice enough place, but not a great deal to do other than walk your dog. There's a little antiques shop next to the Co-op, which was cool and the Scouse lady who runs it with her husband was very helpful and friendly. We ate at the local fish and chip shop, which was nice, but massive portions so one portion would probably be enough for two (we are two men in 20's and 30's). Could be a real tourism hotspot as scenery is nice and there are some large derelict houses on seafront that would make a great project to turn into a B&B!
My stay at the hotel appeared to be the best I did during my whole trip. The hotel is kept highly clean, all staff is friendly and helpful. In particular receptionist seemed to be professional and approachable as well and offered a lots of useful information and tips. The look of hotel's rooms linked the modesty and comfort. A nice area outdoor of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.
Easy access to Skye bridge and on main road to Portree. Picturesque place with lovely park area and fabulous sea views. Locals were very friendly and helpful. Great Co Op shop and petrol station. Can't say anything bad.
We stayed in Broadford just to sleep, I think people shouldn’t expect that much from this town. There are only hotels and few place where to eat. This is why I suggest to enjoy the isle of Skye with picnicking by the ocean!
Hotel was lovely comfortable and clean. It had the air of being well maintain and the decor looked very fresh. Wasn't informed that as a resident we still needed to book a table in the evening for a meal if required. Fortunately there was a table available but as a lot of non residents use the restaurant it could have been a problem especially as there was no other restaurants close by we could have used.
Broadford is a lovely place, quite small. However, there is everything there you would probably need for a few days away. Restaurants, hotels, supermarket, petrol station, cash point, chemist. There appears to be a bus service service too. We had a car so we also toured around the island.
