It was good to have a ground floor room as we always travel with our dog. The staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. The bedroom was large with plenty of room and power sockets. Shower was powerful and good temperature. There is a simple good menu including burgers, soup, homemade cakes etc.

We absolutely loved it here. Brilliant staff and management, lovely really old building. The alcohol was a good price, the food was absolutely amazing (we finished off the food, my son over ordered,,, plenty of food). The locals more than welcomed us here. We had a great time. We would not hesitate staying here again. We want to stay here again, wish it was our local... Absolutely brilliant.
