Beautiful barn, warm and pretty with the fairy lights and beams inside. Out in the County side with nature and silence was just perfect. Fridge, toaster, microwave, kitkats, blanket, and a rain shower all great features.

Spacious rooms, excellent public rooms. Lunch in the bar was excellent as was the included breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were chereful and helpful. Our 4th visit when in the area so despite the negatives we love this hotel.

Everything about trading Boundaries was fabulous. The team at trading boundaries went above and beyond to help us in any way they could. The rooms were amazing, beautifully decorated, cosy and the best beds I have slept in. We enjoyed our stay and I hope to return again one day.

The room was very aged and in need of modifications. the TV...

The room was very aged and in need of modifications. the TV in relation to room size is very small, the cabling to it and the electric sockets is very questionable the sockets are all over the place and not in line. At 6.30 am the room above must have had elephants in it, the noise for over an hour was unbearable, i reported to reception, got a porter who said he thought it might be a washing machine or tumble dryer in it !!!! I went upstairs myself and banged on door, initially the noise stopped then started again, nothing happened from reception. When we are paying the room rate we are this is very poor.

Buxted is a gorgeous village bustled in a previously un-explored area of England for me. The village is bisected by the Vanguard Way, a footpath linking the North and South Downs way national trust walks. It is an ideal base for exploring the North and South sections of the Vanguard Way. A walk around the local roads and trails of Buxted will reveal some picture postcard views.

Clean and comfy with a lovely shower. Staff attentive and accommodating. Excellent restaurant 👌 Our room was over an outside drinking area but the noise wasn't excessive and we were staying in a pub...so to be expected in the nice weather. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A beautiful old house in magnificient grounds. The most friendly and helpful staff TEAM we have ever encountered in any hotel we;ve ever stopped at. Nothing was too much trouble. Having served us once they always remembered our name for the rest of the stay. I can't really fault it in any way.

Excellent staff who were friendly and efficient. Nicely decorated room with good modern facilities and very big bed. Enjoyed dinner which was delicious. Went to Stansted House and Spa Valley Railway while staying at the Buxted Inn and would recommend them both.

Buxted is a small village however we were visiting for a...

Buxted is a small village however we were visiting for a family wedding so it was ideal.If you are looking to use the location as a starting point to tour the surrounding areas it is perfect.The train links are great and the station is one minute walk from the hotel.The location has a bar which lets you relax In the evening and also serves meals The train into Uckfield takes six minutes and to London 1.5 hours. Overall a very pleasant,quaint village to just relax and enjoy.

Beautiful building on a beautiful and peaceful country estate. They were super friendly staff , lovely comfortable and warm room with a gorgeous balcony. Great bathroom and tea and coffee facilities. The waiters in the restaurant were impeccable. Attentive , but without being intrusive. Very helpful and real gentlemen. Thank you especially to Marc who had a fabulous sense of humour too. Both of them on Saturday night were a huge credit to the hotel. Food was gorgeous, lovely open fire and relaxed atmosphere. Will be back.

We have stayed here previously and have found it to offer very good value accommodation in a very expensive part of the world. The staff are friendly, there is a well stocked public bar and although we didn't dine here on this occasion we have done so in the past and it has been very good. It is not a 'big log fires, four poster bed and trendy cuisine' type of place but it is clean, friendly and good value for money. We travelled by car but it is only a short walk from Buxted Railway Station.

Although the room was basic it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was ok and you always got a decent portion of food to fill you up. The staff was very pleasant and always went out of their way to help you. For example, when my mother and I could not get a Uber or taxi to take us to the Buxted Park Hotel one of the workers took us. All in all, I would say the Inn gave the vibe of a small cosy country family run hotel, which I liked.

We stayed at the Buxted Park Hotel on our way home to Germany and we enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel itself with the surrounding park is beautiful, great dinner and drinks at the bar, very welcoming and fun staff. Will gladly spend our time here again.
