GuernseyWe had a very warm welcome. We asked for a quiet room, and we were given a lovely room, newly refurbished, with a lovely shower room and a very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was delicious, locally sourced bacon, eggs, sausage etc. served every day with a smile.
We stayed for five nights, ate in the pub on two.
Great pub food and good vegetarian options (there were for breakfast too)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Adam and your great team!

Probably the best Roman history site in UK having a huge Roman fortress with partially excavated baths; barracks and amphitheatre but mostly still buried beneath the Town. An attractive Town on the Usk River with plenty of local facilities.

Had everything you need for a short stay.
Had everything you need for a short stay. Heather was a very good host and kindly supplied milk and welsh cakes. If you are large you nay find the bathroom a little tight, and watch your head as roof slopes. A very pretty area but with narrow roads.
