Very clean 👌 staff so nice next to the beach big parking

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. What more could you ask?

The room was lovely and cosy with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom is so lovely everything you need is there. The hotel was right on the seafront with parking at the front, that was a bonus for me. The staff was so lovely. I will definitely stay here again. A home from home feel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. Being a family-run hotel really shows, as there is a warm and personal touch that you simply don't get in larger chain hotels. The hotel was spotless throughout, with the room and communal areas maintained to a very high standard. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always with a smile and a positive attitude. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt valued as a guest throughout my stay. A wonderful family-run hotel with excellent service, immaculate cleanliness, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Everything! The price to quality ratio is amazing! Yes the room is small but honestly it fitted my need perfectly. It was extremely clean and warm. The bed was very confortable. Loved that we could access the dinning room at all time to eat or work. Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect as I was there for a workshop happening litteraly next door. Extremely warm owners that make the stay even better. 10/10

Chris was very friendly and welcoming on arriva informative with info about local transport anc places to visits. The room that we staved in was excellent so comfortable and cosy with a lovely view of the sea and the illuminations at niaht Rooms are very nicely decorated. Particularly loved the table lamp and seats in the bav window. The shower was exceptionally gooo excellent power and good heat also very handy having a separate toilet from the shower in the room. Bed was very comfy with a nice decent sized TV on the wall perfect for a lying in bed watching a film after a day exploring. Room was also very clean and fresh with a good tea tray Breakfast was delicious with a qood choice and very well cooked. Excellent selection of fruit iuices too. Chris was again very friendly during the breakfast service taking the time to get to know guests. We also enjoyed hearing what others were planning to do and exchanging how thinas had went the dav before at breakfast Loved the location awav from the hustle and bustle but tram stop only about 2 mins from door and the tower stop is about 10 minutes from there Hiqhly recommend, we are hoping to return next year. I

The accommodation is immaculately clean. We arrived late on the Friday but it wasn't a problem for our host Danny who was so helpful and polite throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious

This hotel has surprisingly comfortable public rooms which overlook Morecambe Bay making a delightful spot for a drink or conversation or just to sit and stare. The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a brief stay. Breakfasts were excellent and the one dinner which we had turned out to be superb. Altogether very enjoyable.

Wonderful hotel. The nicest staff I ever met in a hotel. We had a problem with our bed and it got fixed in no time. Breakfast was okay. The place in the perfect spot in the city!

We booked half board with breakfast and dinner. Food was lovely and plentiful. The friendliness of all the staff was outstanding especially our favourite sweet Abbie. The entertainment was very enjoyable each night with no need to venture out.

Great location, 15 min walk to the arcades, tower, piers and everything else. Was nice to have a bath in the room Great choice of breakfast, cooked and continental

The breakfast was excellent, the cooked breakfast was served piping hot and cooked to perfection. The choice of fresh fruit salad, pastries and fresh crusty bread daily was very nice. The bed was comfortable and facilities were great. I would stay again. The owners were fantastic.

Staff were friendly, premises clean, excellent value for money, comfy beds snd a good night's sleep.

Nice and quiet, perfect for children. I rented a car so location was great and had on street parking. If I didnt have the car its a short walk to the tram stop to bring you to main attractions. Very clean and comfortable.

Helpful staff very clean and accommodating staff Will definatly be returning. My wife struggles with stairs and the owners had informed us if we had let them know we could have had a lower floor, but it will not preventing us from returning.

Owner Christine and son went over and beyond to make our stay perfect, very friendly. Ideally situated in the quieter part of Blackpool but regular trams just outside. Beautiful breakfast, great sea view and clean, bed was so comfortable
