Easy parking for my hire car, clean facilities, the PIN code for your door to your room made me feel very safe. The bar down stairs was super convenient and the staff were just incredible! Super friendly and always happy to help! Had some wonderful conversations with the staff (and even other guests) and they always greeted me with a warm welcome every time I was coming and going. Nothing was too much trouble for reception or the house keeping staff too. Would stay again just for the staff 🥰

All great staff was excellent friendly and very helpful the beds were clean and ok but I think they needed to be replaced

Great accommodation. I slept very well, the bed was very comfortable, the blanket was warm. The room was clean and comfortable, you can make yourself tea or coffee. Great internet speed. The breakfast was excellent, delicious and plentiful! Very helpful and responsive staff, welcomed me when I arrived very late. Very good location, good public transport to the city center. Everything is great, I hope to stay with you again.

It was perfect for our overnight stay whilst travelling North. Easy location off the M6. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The lovely ladies in the dining room over breakfast were exceptional. Couldn’t do enough for us and the food was great. Beds comfortable, would happily stay again.

Nicely cooked and plenty of food

The location in that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The fact that the pub and dining area are in separate but handy locations

The best part for me was going out to the lake at night and having the bats fly right in front of my face!

Absolutely everything this is my partners favourite place to stay and we can't get enough, staff are welcoming, food and drinks good value for money and the location considering it's in Warrington it's actually beautiful

The staff were exceptional customer service was amazing from advising places to eat, shortcuts to get to places and so much more. The staff really made the stay.

The refurb is lovely. Beds are really comfy and good location.
