The management was friendly and extremely helpful. Our rooms were clean and everything that was meant to be in it , was in it. Having an ice bucket was fantastic our water stayed cold. The bathrooms were perfect. Hotel staff are very friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you for our amazing stay.

Gosh what a great place to stay. The location was spot on, walking distance to the cobbled streets of Barbican and Sutton harbour. We stayed in room 2 ,the room itself was roomy for the 3 of us , Shower had plenty of pressure. Tea & Coffee facilities. The Hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also thought it was great value , we would definitely love to stay again.
