I’ve stayed in the hotel many times so knew what to expect. In relation to the hotel the location is excellent and the staff efficient, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a Superior Room on the top floor, great size room and really large bathroom. Nice seating area with a couple of comfy chairs and table. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice available. The location is amazing, only a moments walk from the Hoe and a short walk from the shopping centre and theatres. All the staff are really friendly and helpful.
