Located in Dymchurch in the Kent region, Caravan to Hire Dymchurch provides accommodations with free private parking. The caravan was lovely - spotlessly clean, well equipment - even had Dvds, playstation and games for the children. Sonia the owner was lovely, great communication. The location was excellent - only a short walk into town and to the sea. Very close to the steam railway. Great amusement park and arcades - our children had a fabulous time. Highly recommend this caravan. We had such a great mini break in Dymchurch. Also recommend the Coffee Lounge - lovely little cafe a couple of minutes walk from the caravan.

Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway is excellent and a MUST to go on; travelled the whole length from bleak Dungeness to Hythe on their amazing steam-engine trains. Did not spend much time in Dymchurch itself other than to walk a significant length of the impressive seawall along the coast. Parking very easy at the main carpark. Small fun-fair there for kids. Not much in the way of shops or restaurants so be prepared to drive out to the likes of Hythe.
Dymchurch is small but has everything you need and is very pretty and you can walk or drive in either direction to other lovely locations nearby. There is something to eat for every taste, fish and chips, pies, afternoon tea, kebabs, Chinese, pub grub, seafood and more. There is a fun fair for kids and both adult and childrens arcades. Sandy beach but tide times need checking as it is completely covered in high tide. Lots of birds and wildlife in the area.
The Ship Inn is a lovely place to stay and me and my daughter have now visited several times and will go back! James and staff are so welcoming and couldn't do more for us. Dymchurch and the surrounding coast and country is an ideal location for walks, fun and fresh air. Thank you!
We booked in for one night but stayed for 2 as we were made to feel very welcome, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, we have stayed in some very nice hotels but I would put this at the top of my list for returning to.
Been going to Dymchurch for over 20 years. It’s great for families, and there’s lots of child/dog friendly pubs and cafes. The beach is lovely and there is plenty to do. A great little funfair, plenty of amusements and lovely little gift shops. The little train to Dungeness a must, and the Old Lighthouse offers good history insight. The Dungeness Reserve offers lots to those seeking Wildlife, with a beautiful coastline. There’s also a Zoo and some other nature walking areas just outside the Dymchurch area. Convenient shops including a Tescos Express are in the main High Street, a Bakery and great take away shops. Dymchurch is a great place for families and the locals are lovely too 😊
We visited primarily for the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, which was brilliant., and were warmly greeted by all those we met whist in Dymchurch. We visited the Ocean Pub on a couple of evenings and enjoyed a selection of their superb seafood, served by the excellent staff.
