The hotel location was perfect for exploring Arundel. The size of our room was WAY bigger than expected (probably the biggest room I've ever had in Europe!), the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself was charming and had a good atmosphere that felt cosy.

In a nutshell everything!! It was really clean and well maintained, great staff, fantastic location, quiet and excellent food!!

One of the best hotel spas we've been to in England! The place is really well maintained, has all the charms of yesteryears but the conveniences of today. I especially enjoyed the pool, wish I could've swam more! The food was also really lovely, haven't seen a delicious breakfast spread like that in ages.

The most confortable room I stayed during this England trip. Warm wlecome when stepped in the hotel. Cozy and specious room. Clean and well lighting bathroom. Windows lookout to grass yard.

The location, the atmosphere, the convenience..could not be better. Fabulous stay and would absolutely stay again.

The staff were welcoming and helpful and made me laugh. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable. The garden and terrace were charming.

Fitness Room and location near town center

Everyone was really friendly and helpful, the staff couldn't do enough for me, upgraded the room at no extra cost. It was lovely to sit in the bar in the evenings and chat to the locals. The room was cleaned daily and was massive and it wasn't noisy at all despite being in the pub garden, Thoroughly exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again!
