The staff were incredibly helpful

The hotel has a very nice vibe. Our room was comfortable and clean with lovely decor. There is some beautiful wall art displayed throughout the hotel; a mix of old and modern/abstract. Breakfast was really nice and it is obvious that all staff are selected with care and well-trained. It was a lovely end to our road trip in France.

Immaculate & great value for money

The staff are very attentive to individual needs, I have a lot of allergies which makes breakfast buffet options a little difficult for me due to cooking methods and cross contamination, the chef went out of her way to cook me the bits that I wanted from fresh and my goodness the sausages were incredible!!! There was a slight mishap with the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify it and granted me extra time to have a sleep in taking my overall health into consideration. They were supportive, friendly and the atmosphere is unbeatable.

Good swimming pool, sauna, turco and gym. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, smoothie and the dinner menu. Good parking space.

Room was clean, spatious and quiet. Staff was very flexible about moving my reservation (Luton fire caused flight cancellation), and I'm really grateful about it.
