Clean, very warm and comfortable accommodation. No complaints about the room and very comfortable bed. I slept very well.

Bradley's bar, excellent and friendly service. Very well appointed room.

Suited us perfectly for location to attend a family wedding nearby. Have to say the staff in the hotel go above and beyond especially Kate on the reception desk, super friendly and helpful, a true credit to the hotel. Room was comfortable, plenty of space and good shower

The staff is the most helpful staff ever. There is always someone available and all my wishes were fulfilled immediately.

Location is perfect and hotel great value

The position is super central, The staff were really helpful. The room was most comfortable The price made it a real bargin. The pub part was busy but also quiet and the food was varied and of great quality. The staff were super helpful and I would be very happy to stay here a a woman alone.

The room was larger than expected and had more amenities than I had expected. The bed was very comfy and the shower was a good shower too. The room felt very secure and I felt safe. The curtains were great and kept out the light in the mornings.

We had a lovely stay in this very clean, quiet, comfortable & welcoming b&b. The included breakfast was a bonus. I live quite far away but would have no hesitation in booking again if I were to return to the area.

Fantastic hotel and staff. So friendly. Our room was amazing and the spa superb. Transfer to and from the restaurant on site was by Bentley..amazing

Brilliant hotel. Right in the center of Lytham. Bars and restaurants with a few feet away and the car park less than 5 minutes walk. Spotlessly clean, in fact it looked brand new and we could of been the first people in the room. Bed was really comfortable, the shower was amazing, I can't fault this place at all. Our room was called the halls and it had a great view across the main square. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so warm and professional and all our needs were met.

Fantastic place very clean and a great breakfast
