What a great breakfast for the price, and easy walking distance to everything in Edinburgh! We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast. Not a 5 star hotel, but definitely a nice hotel, and you get more than what you pay for, and a quiet part of town :)

The family room for 4 was spacious & clean. Very conveniently located ext to bus stop .

The reception was helpful, and always available. Free tea and coffee facilities in room, very good location near Haymarket train station. Good neighbourhood

The bed was so comfortable:) Modern hotel, it’s good that it has a Starbucks on the ground floor. We tried also the pub there, the breakfast and dinner were delicious also

Everything was perfect at Eden Locke ! From the moment we entered, the staff was super nice, the place is very welcoming, the apartment is comfy and has everything you need. Recommended !

Great location, close to the main monuments, parks and Princes Street Gardens. The New Town area is perfect and very easy to explore on foot. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I don’t often experience such comfortable mattresses – they were truly exceptional. We really enjoyed the lovely warm breakfast, especially thanks to the joyful breakfast lady Seren – she made our mornings extra special. We also received a complimentary cocktail because my mother’s birthday is coming soon, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Tigerlily is a beautiful boutique hotel, perfect for a mother & daughter weekend. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

It's a real five-star hotel! The facilities are great! The best location in the city to see everything around. Very comfortable, clean rooms, wonderful decoration (everything is even more beautiful in person than in the photos). The hotel staff are very friendly! Breakfast with a lot of variety and a lot of quality, it's EXCELLENT!

It takes around 20 minutes to the city centre by bus and you can walk to the Royal Botanic Garden. I absolutely loved my little room. The breakfast is freshly made once you’ve come down to the breakfast room. The owner is absolutely lovely as well! I will come back to Edinburgh in July and I will definitely book again!

A very comfortable and relaxed stay here, would definitely recommend as a base for a weekend in Edinburgh. Our room downstairs was spacious (including a large bathroom!) and clean, and the staff were very welcoming.

The staff is really nice, the hotel is super clean and the restaurant/bar is excellent. The breakfast was always delicious and the drinks were exceptionally tasty. The proximity to the city is also tremendous.

Thé staff were wonderful very attentive and welcoming. The building itself was beautiful, don’t hesitate to use the library The bedroom was spacious, clean and very comfortable, very tastefully decorated. I had a view down into dean and the river. I especially liked there was a little history of the building provided in the rooms, it makes you realise how old the building truly is and appreciate it more. Breakfast was superb. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. I dont think I’ve ever had such tasty bacon. It was perfectly portioned too. Breakfast staff exceptional.

Location: the hotel located within 25 minutes from the Royal Mile. Apartment: it's absolutely amazingly, bright and spacious apartment in vintage style. Staff: I would like to recognize Sandy, she went an extra miles to make my arrival as smooth as possible. The thing is that reception open hours are from 8am - 8pm, however my train arrived at 8:16pm. She left form me straight forward instructions how to get an access to my apartment.

Great location right next to the Princess street with tram. Close to all sights. Hotel has beatiful rooms and has every equipment necessary. Rooms were cleaned regularly.
