The proper was very clean , looked luxurious inside , beautiful furniture. The little kind gestures in the room, the tea , the chocolates. Even had a sewing kit in the bathroom . Was a perfect location to what we needed. The best was extremely comfortable

Brilliant host, good location was a very pleasant stay and Sam went above and beyond to facilitate and accommodate any thing we needed.

Large family room, tea coffee facilities, bottled water, sealed toothbrushes in bathroom. Decor etc modern.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. And the room was an excellent size & we even had a private entrance to the carpark. Their breakfast was amazing. Fantastic location walking distance to everything within Blackpool

Tash and Jay are delightful hosts, nothing is to much trouble, lovely room 3, warm and clean, great shower, plenty tea / coffee, comfy bed, quiet, great sleep. Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast, great choice 😋, excellent value for money, can't wait to return 👍

Graham and Bridget were very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was very nice and a good aray of choices, location is excellant right in the heart of everything only around a five minute walk to the winter gardens, the tower and top attractions, would highly recommend staying here, we have already booked our room for next year

The ground floor apartment was absolutely spot on for a family of 7, it had everything we needed it felt like home to home, infact the sofas were more comfortable than ours 😆 the kitchen was lovely and fully equipped, two bathrooms? Did not expect that! Absolutely would stay again and the staff so friendly and there if needed x
