Clean and comfortable room with outside space. Great shower. lovely homemade cookies in the room on arrival. The staff are really friendly and professional and the food here is outstanding. Had dinner here but standard of food at breakfast was equally good. In a really quiet area but also very close to Halifax. Shibden estate nearby worth a visit.
