The staff were absolutely amazing, my little boy took poorly and I tried to take an emergency flight but didn’t make it and they kept my room and helped me with my luggage numerous times. Can’t thank them enough for their kindness

Beautiful rooms, quiet and very comfortable. The QSF Restaurant is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Lancaster. Book your table and then head upstairs to bed. Fabulous.

Location was perfect. Room was lovely and the bed comfy. Everything was really modern and decorated lovely throughout. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

I stayed at this hotel as a teacher with my colleagues and 21 students while visiting and exploring the north of England on a school trip. We were really satisfied with everything - the location, the facilities in the hotel - there is a swimmming pool and a gym too - great not just for students. We had half board - the food was excellent, there was a large selection for breakfast and a substantial evening meal as well, which we all really enjoyed. But most of all, we appreciated the approach of the staff - everyone was welcoming, ready to help straight away with any of our inquiries or questions and always very polite and kind. We'll definitely come back again.

The Toll House Inn is well decorated and quaint. The rooms are clean and neat with extras like a hairdryer and hangers included. The bar/restaurant was busy but never noisy. Breakfast was wonderful and portions are large. We would have loved to stay for longer and would go back any time.

Really nicely decorated pub & staff friendly. Only stayed 1 night but room was great & shower brilliant. Free parking opposite pub. Would stay here again!

Very close to Promenade, exceptionally clean. The staff were sooo friendly. Easy access to bar without having to walk outside. Highly recommended.
