Everything! Reception area, clean and fresh looking. This hotel has had a refurbishment and it looks really nice. Staff really friendly and helpful, Paige, Carol and Chloe ( new starter, today 😊) Me and my daughter stayed in room 115 which is located on the first floor not to far from the lift. Room was lovely and clean, plenty of plug sockets and mirrors, the shower was really good, even the shower Gel and shampoo smelt nice, beds were comfy, big TV on the wall, hairdryer if you forget to bring your own, decent size cups when you make a brew ( not small cups like some hotels). Couldn't fault the room at all. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were always helpful, no matter the hour. We were welcomed and the hotels breakfast was a nice bonus. For the price we had a great stay. The hotel has much potential it has so many features that could be improved but i believe it is going to be a wonderful hotel with many services to offer.

Room was clean and tidy, door locked so I felt safe and area was quiet so I slept well.

Location near M1. Restaurant on site. Good rooms quiet and well maintained

I like that there reasonable with late check outs.

The hotel is perfectly placed to the town centre there are loads of thing to do, gym, boxing, the parking is amazing you can keep an eye on your vehicle Also there’s loads of shops like parkgate retail park and places to dine I would strongly recommend this place

Well done Gulliver's Valley!! We rented 3 caravans for 2 nights, for a group of 17 between 2 and 57 years old. We were there to visit santa and we weren't disappointed. From the welcoming reception staff, to all the staff working in the park, everyone was so helpful and enthusiastic. All Santa's elves and helpers were excellent , as was santa! All the kids and the grown ups thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely come again.

This hotel offers excellent value, clean, comfortable and at a great price. The rooms are large, tea and coffee facilities are plentiful . The most wonderful thing about this hotel are the staff. Every single member of staff we met on this trip were so warm and friendly. Extra shout out to Louise for being an all around fabulous human. Very professional, very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
