Fantastic facility, amazing idea for a hotel. I really appreciate such initiatives, taking care of history in a practical way. Staying in such a place will make you more interested in its history, here you can really feel it, your imagination works. I recommend it as an experience.

The hotel was close to Bodmin Town centre. The room was in a ground floor annex. It was clean and tidy. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was good quality and served in a great room overlooking the town. I would use again

Trewardale is a beautiful english home set on an expansive estate. Walking out in the morning, i was greeted by the sound of birds chirping, and on one occasion, some deer . The home itself was beautifully decorated, warm, and welcomng. Lucy and George were perfect hosts, and made us feel welcomed. They went out of their way in making our stay comfortable, allowing my son to practise his viola in the drawing room, and allowing us the use of their washing machine when they learned of our laundry issue from our previous accomodation. Breakfast was home made, and very filling. We loved the homemade nut brittle and stewed prunes.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hosts are absolutely lovely and the place is an actual paradise. Everything feels very luxurious and clean, which is certainly very pleasant.
