Just a 2-minute walk from Hendon Central Underground Station, The Hide London features free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi. The Hide London is a lovely hotel ideally situated near to Hendon Central Station. I would like to say a big thank you to management & staff for making our 1 night stay enjoyable. It may be next to a busy road but we had a room at the back which was lovely & quiet. We were able to reserve free on site parking which gave us peace of mind. The room was lovely & clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. All staff were very welcoming & happy to help with any query. Even though it was a continental breakfast I must say it is one of the best we've every had. Everything was lovely & fresh with plenty of choice. Will definitely stay there again.
Featuring a tennis court, Chumleigh Lodge Hotel Ltd. Is located in Hendon. The property has meeting and banquet facilities and free WiFi. You can play pool, squash, and minigolf at the hotel. The overall experience was great the main aspect was that it was very clean and comfortable. Also it was as it was descibed. I would not hesitate recommending this Hotel to any one visiting the area.

Well, it is where my friends live. The 3 years of my life where I spent...so this comment is not suitable for a piece of tourist advice. Rather, this trip is purely a nostalgic purpose...of course, Hendon central lies on Northern line which can send you directly to Trafalgar Square, with bus goes to Oxford Circus...RAF Museum is within walking distance, with super tasty restaurants (especially Chinese/Japanese/Korean, Halal and Kosher). Brent Cross is also a huge mall for shopping. Most important for me is how you can also enjoy the quietness in Hampstead to escape from the crowds and to enjoy a cup of Turkish/Greek coffee.
It's very easy to get to the centre of London from there. Getting to Luton Airport was no problem as well (we had to change trains though). We really liked the area, the park especially. There is a lot of shops (Tesco, Sainsbury's Local) and restaurants there.
Only 2 minutes walk to the Underground with a 25 minute journey into London. Hotel lovely & clean & the breakfast was fab, lots of choice & good quality. Room was lovely (we had a classic double) plenty of complimentary drinks which were restocked each day & toiletries were very good. The only downside was the bed was too soft but we were only there for 2 nights so not a problem.
We had 2 double rooms, as was travelling with our Daughter and Son-in law and our 18 month Grandchild. My Daughter and I spent the evening at Wembley Stadium, whilst my husband and Son-in-law looked after our Grandchild, but no facilities for children, No cots and no highchairs, and would of liked a cooked breakfast instead of Continental Breakfast. But ideal for local transport, and also if you like takeaways and indian and chinese there are a few restaurants.
It's a nice leafy suburb easy commute to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants with a varied choice of food. It's nice and quiet although rush hour traffic can produce a lot of beeping horns.
