Friendly environment, smiling staff, quiet rooms and a lovely bed, I also had an incident where I required some cling film ( I had a very new tattoo) staff accommodated my needs as soon as I made them aware, made me feel very comfortable, definitely will be returning!

Very stylish hotel, brings you back in the 1920th where elegance was still present. Such a diference to the modern boaring uniform hotels. I wish there would be more such hotels in the country. Will definately come back.

This is a lovely hotel with hard working staff and fantastic facilities. Location is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Northampton and 25 minutes drive from silverstone. Room was a good size, with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and layers of bedding so you can adjust the bedding to your own comfort. There is plenty of storage a TV with remote but best of all you have a fridge in your room. Overall the room was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of cereal to choose from, orange juice and a full English to follow, with toast and preserves. Breakfast was cooked well and served very quickly. Check-in was easy and car park was very secure.

Nice authentic cottage, with everything you need.

Nice authentic cottage, with everything you need. It has a nice cosy livingroom with a big couch and a modern tv with Netflix. The kitchen is large and has a toaster and water cooker. Off street parking was great. Beds and linnen were nice and clean. There are enough clean towels and a cleaning cloth. There was some mold in the bathroom, but there was no ventilation, besides the mold it was very clean. The matrasses on the bed were not too good. The front door and key do not look very secure. There were cobwebs and spiders in corners which we removed with the vac. The pub in town does not serve food en there are no shops. So on the day off arriving we had to order via Uber for something to eat for dinner. There was no welcome pack as read in the reviews from other visitors upon arrival. If you book, make sure you have some groceries before arrival! All was well, we had a nice time in the cottage.
