A quality property with all facilities we needed, excellent breakfast of local produce and a pleasure to chat with the owner over breakfast. A 15-minute drive from Holsworthy, The Bradworthy Inn offers self-catering accommodations in its well-appointed apartments. Lovely apartment that was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Loved the pub and the central village location and parking was really easy. Can highly recommend the apartment and the pub. Ate in the pub both nights and really enjoyed our meals. Thank you to all the team at The Bradworthy Inn.

Set in the countryside only 25 mins from the beaches at Bude and the mountains of Dartmoor, Puddleduck Valley offers self-catering holiday accommodations in the form of 2 self-catering holiday... What a great place to stay. Farmer Phil is an absolute champion and the best host ever.
Located in Holsworthy in the Devon region, Swifts Barn Stanbury Wharf features a terrace. We had a truly wonderful stay in this house - it was cosy, light and beautiful. We were able to fully relax in the quiet peace of the countryside, and in the outdoor grilling area and the game room with a range of activities. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel like we were home. The house had amazing recycling, which was great to see too! Thank you :)
Room very nice & very clean as was the bathroom Towels lovely -soft & thick Breakfast very good -good choice of cereal & main breakfast Hosts very pleasant & helpful TV in room 5 needs to be lowered as picture distorted when watched from the bed & no other place to view from WiFi not good
Beautiful, clean gorgeous little place we were sad to leave would highly recommend this hidden little gem in beautiful countryside . If you want peace and quiet this would be your prefect stay .. it was definitely ours
To be honest, for what we wanted to do the location was ideal. Our activity was pre-planned and not all local to Holsworthy. I can state that there were some very good walks with good views close to the town.
Holsworthy is a small town with a few shops and pubs etc, it's an area near to Bude 11 miles away and Bideford not sure about 30 mins away which has a larger town, plenty of places to explore whilst your visiting, pretty part of the county to explore.
Nice town with good facilities, shame the Waitrose is where the railway station used to be as public transport is non-existent! Just be sure to check the weather forecast - I didn't really know the meaning of the expression "raining stair-rods" until I arrived in North Devon!
Bude was absolutely beautiful would highly recommend a visit. The coast was amazing to walk along and isn't to much of a walk around the town people were freindly in the shop and cafes and the food was good. no complaints
We visited on the first day the Covid restrictions were lifted, this was a new experience for us all. Reception was friendly and house rules were explained, they were easy to follow and if a reminder was necessary it was quiet and good natured. Breakfast was served to the table and was good quality. We were aware prior to arriving that there was no food service beyond breakfast but residents were allowed to buy from local takeaways and bring the food back to the hotel.
The room I stayed in was so homely and finished to a very high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable I don’t think I’ve slept that well in ages! Breakfast every morning was exceptional so much to choose from. What really makes this B&B so special. Is the lovely couple who run it. So caring and kind. I know for a fact I will be going back again! In my opinion this b&b rates higher than any five star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Original old style building with an upto date room and bathroom, comfy enough in the centre of town and a great location to travel to coastal towns from each day. If you’re expecting the premier inn then book the premier inn. This is a traditional style pub hotel but with great rooms and some where to sleep uninterrupted and quiet on a night after long days out.
Perfect for a break away from reality. Stunning location, idea for exploring local areas! Claire and her dad were lovely, very accommodating and we were even given some fresh eggs for breakfast! Can not fault it.
It was a lovely old cottage, with loads of character and charm. Everything needed was there. Good value for money, much better than staying in a large hotel.
It was an apartment and not the hotel we stayed in. The above comments apply to the apartment.
The breakfast was delicious. The staff friendly & the hotel comfortable.
What a great place to stay. Farmer Phil is an absolute champion and the best host ever.
