great place to drop in on a roadtrip. great food! coincidentally there was a half marathon being held just outside the hotel when we were about to leave. gave us the chance to experience Fleet as we were a bit parked in during the race. I hope all Sundays in Fleet include the fleet rock choir!

Everything about the hotel was great. Friendly staff and comfortable nicely equipped rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Pleasant restaurant; a tad expensive but good quality food and service.

Fir tree lodge room 8 not fit for purpose.

Fir tree lodge room 8 not fit for purpose. Noise heard from neighbouring rooms and bed stuck against wall! Whole hotel is very dated and a bit too business/conference based rather than comfy/cosy country hotel which it should be. Staff very friendly though and breakfast was enjoyable.

The White Hart Was a great choice for us for a couple of...

The White Hart Was a great choice for us for a couple of nights. We were room only so can’t comment on the breakfast but we eat there in the evening and it was all good. We could recommend Hook Tandoori and Cafe Baristas for breakfast. There’s not a lot in the village but Farnham is not far and a lovely Town.

The look of the County Hotel is exceptional.

The look of the County Hotel is exceptional. The surroundings are picturesque. Rooms are good. The reception is very welcoming. Car park has plenty of spaces. The disabled car parking spaces are very near to the Reception entrance, which was very convenient. Free wifi. Not too far from the hustle bustle of London. I should have known from the price that it would not be to...

I should have known from the price that it would not be to the standard I expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size but the bathroom was small and a bit dated. Set in extensive grounds. We decided to eat there and were delighted to find that they offered a normal menu as well as an Indian menu. My wife is a vegitarian and likes Indian food but was disappointed in dishes available for her. Her pompadoms were served after her main and she left them. I had a steak but the chips were very over cooked. The waitress gave me a free glass of wine to compensate. Breakfast was not nice. The tables were left uncleared and I had to join a long queue to get a cup of coffee. We would only stay there again if we were desparate.

A beautiful building, the hosts were so friendly and our room was lovely. The gardens surrounding the house were lovely. The breakfast was really nice, we would definitely stay here again, it was wonderful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Hook, we stayed at Warbrook...

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Hook, we stayed at Warbrook House (a stunning yet affordable heritage hotel) where we spent the afternoon exploring the grounds and ate at the restaurant which was very pleasant. The next day we went to West Green House Gardens which was absolutely delightful! We didn’t want to leave. We spent our final evening in the ‘Tally Ho’ for dinner which was delicious with great service too. We will definitely return for another trip as there were many beautiful areas and walking routes which we didn’t get round to exploring.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. There were lots of visible examples of careful attention to detail. This gives you confidence that the non visible elements are equally well attended to. I am a travelling musician and experience many variable standards for one night stays at budget priced hotels. The White Hart was superb by any standards. Well done

The building is beautiful, with a very pleasant reception area, lounge and dining rooms. Staff were helpful and very efficient. The hotel cat was endearing. Although my room was smaller than an average hotel room, it had all the necessary facilities and a comfortable bed. We had drinks in the bar, and breakfast in the dining room. Cannot fault anything.

This hotel is so lovely. It’s a relaxing and restorative experience from the moment you arrive. The outdoor pool in a courtyard is heavenly, the gardens are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable and the food is all great. The staff could not be more polite and helpful. Will definitely be back

Really enjoyed my stay at Hook House, enjoying the sunshine while sitting in their impressive garden. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I have to stay over again in the area. Why go to a bland Premier Inn when you can stay at Hook House for the same cost?
