Spacious clean and comfortable room with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of options. Sunday roast dinner was excellent. Every dinner meal we had was equally tasty and well prepared. Staff was friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. The location was suitable for exploring in the dales. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

It was cosy, had a lovely ambience and I felt right at home. The staff, from the receptionists to the staff in the kitchen and bar and the housekeeping team were all so lovely, courteous and helpful.

We came two days to visit the Dales and we found the Old Swan location ideal to explore Malham, Ingleton and Aysgarth. Spacious standard double room with all amenities we needed for one night. We found the bed comfortable and quiet to sleep in. As it's a B&B Hotel the restaurant operates downstairs as normal, so dine-in or full English/pastry options are available for breakfast for a reasonable price. The only thing we couldn't sort out was to access Netflix or Disney Plus on the TV, but despite this we overall had a great experience. We recommend it.

This is a very special place the atmosphere was very cosy friendly and happy and we loved that it is owned by the community ,the room exceeded our expectations the decor was great loved the colours grey blue really comfy bed add powerful shower even loved the tiles in the bathroom! We only stayed for the one night, but it was a very pleasurable experience. Our room was quiet, clean and met our expectations as far as size was concerned. All facilities associated with the room were adequate. A longer stay would have been good but we were on holiday from Australia and our itinerary was tight; so one night's stay was all we could do.

What a beautiful house set in a stunning location! Thank you Debbie for welcoming our family into your home and for the lovely hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The games room was such a treat. Rooms were spacious, luxurious with great coffee making facilities. The bed was so comfortable.

The bed was so comfortable. But a king sized bed would have been even better . Your shower was amazing. Your food is great ,and you get a decent amount of it. Prices were ok . Ive had less and been charged more ,at other places . Nothing negative,as its great value for your money ,and very welcoming.

Lovely hotel, good location, we booked it as a base to get into Barnoldswick. Easy to book a taxi into Barnoldswick. The bar was well stocked and managed. The hotel served food until 9pm, we however only had breakfast there. Breakfast was good, self service in the bar area. Room 1 was very small not really for a couple, more suited to single room. Only one side table and one chair. Shower cubicle a bit small. Room 22 ( our riends room) however was large and 2 double beds !

The hotel was a complete surprise - lovely room with great...

The hotel was a complete surprise - lovely room with great views and our car right outside. Very snuggly bed, truly lovely staff, really nice food too. The only slight blip was the outdated bathroom however, it was still better than others we have stayed at (why do some venues only offer a tiny sink?). Overall, very happy to return, and for much longer. Exceptional value.

You just felt welcome from the minute you arrive and this...

You just felt welcome from the minute you arrive and this continues throughout your stay. Food was good too. There was a leaflet showing walks from the hotel what a great idea, and the one I took down to the canal was very enjoyable. I didn’t see any member not looking to see if they could help a customer all were a credit to the management what a great team.

From check in to leaving this was a great place to stay.

From check in to leaving this was a great place to stay. A really great find. Everything was good from the room to the food which I would highly recommend. It was good for visiting places in either Lancashire or Yorkshire.

The hotel is in lovely surroundings and very easy to access. The room we were given was spacious and comfortable. As it was on the ground floor there were privacy blinds as well as curtains which was nice. There were fluffy bathrobes in the room another nice touch. Staff were all polite and friendly.

This is an excellent value for money hotel. Staff were great with nothing too much trouble. It is truly dog friendly watching all the other guests. Would definitely recommend.
