We had a perfect stay at The Old Pheasant. The room was cosy, the bed was super comfortable and there was no noise from the nearby road. Bernard is the most welcoming and friendly guy and nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner there too, which was delicious and the bar (and restaurant) have a lovely atmosphere.

Very clean and tidy, the room was a good size and lovely and warm. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately they don’t do breakfasts but there is plenty of other places/cafes to eat close by

Breakfast included in price of room was excellent definitely set me up for the day. Location was great for all local visiting, also Okehampton is a great little bustling village with plenty of History

Second time we have stayed here and refered it to friends. Lovely location with excellent service and staff. We will stay again. DINNER WAS Beautifully served in a relaxing setting.

Only had the light breakfast first two days as I was meeting friends in the area for lunch on both occasions, which was ample and was only charged a minimal amount ,on third day had full breakfast which was cooked and presented very well,more than I could eat. Property was great with an old fashion feel agood place to spend a relaxing few days,would liked to have stayed longer but flight schedules home made our stay short.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much effort for them. They were so welcoming as well. Food was delicious, location was superb and set on such beautiful green lands. There was plenty to do both in and out side.
