I’ve been delaying writing this review as it deserves some time and more than just a 5 star rating. I don't know where to begin to describe how wonderful this place is. In pictures looked very nice, but when we got there and saw it in person was next level. It honestly felt like we were on vacation in another country. We stayed in mid-August, at the "Cascade" apartment (I highly recommend to pay more to have the terrace, which by the way has a lot of forest in front of it and a stream that provides an incomparable sensation of tranquility.) As for the interior of the apartment, everything is taken care of in detail. You have everything you could need and with a modern, practical and beautiful decoration. It’s super clean aswell. We also asked to add an special decor on the room (heart balloons, petals etc, all put together beautiful when we arrived!), and booked a hot tub cabin, which is available for you to go freely from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The way back at night from the cabin to the apartment is just magical. We also highly value privacy, and we didn't see anyone from the other apartments in the entire stay other than the receptionist when we did the check in. (The attention of the lady at the reception was also excellent. Very professional, respectful and friendly) This place has been an amazing find. We will definitely be back and I will recommend it to everyone I know. Very happy. Thank you.

Very modern home. the theme was amazing it was nice being in a home like this. They had many amenities and had many appliances. the Tv had all channels and apps so there was always something to watch. the heating was perfect and working. very clean, comfortable bed & the bathroom was amazing

The rooms and venue in itself were spotless, the staff are so lovely, kind and helpful. We came for a wedding and we honestly had an amazing weekend with brilliant facilities, amazing staff and we had a lovely weekend! We felt instantly comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the weekend, the breakfast was fresh and tasty with a choice of cereals, croissants and juices for those who didn’t wish to have a full English breakfast.

Loved the room but window was letting alot of cold air in which was cancelling our the heat from the heater underneath. The bed was so comfy, the bathroom was fabulous, shower fantastic. Really quiet room and we had a few great nights sleep however the food was only ok, overpriced for what you got. We got pasta and a burger and chips but it wasn't filling. Go over the road for bargain food and drink Staff were the best ever. Could not fault any of them. We will be back but will eat elsewhere. Breakfast for vegetarians was terrible.

The surroundings are beautiful, leafy, green, just out of town, the place has old and newer sections and we were in the lovely, old section -two spacious, cimdy rooms with a large bathroom between. Great breakfast too!

It’s a fabulous location with a very attractive little village full of craft shops, a lovely cafe snd lots of different food options. The staff were eindrf - and their ability to cope with a huge fall of snow - despite some staff not being able to get home or into work at the shift change - was absolutely exemplary. They also went above and beyond to help guests who needed to leave to get away safely. Bravo!

Fernhill was fantastic. The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location, with very convenient parking. The key pick-up and check-out process was super easy, which made everything stress-free. Breakfast had something for everyone - we absolutely loved it. The bed was comfortable and big, and the fresh air from the farm combined with the picturesque views made our stay exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. We will definitely be coming back.
