Location is perfect, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing.

Great stay. Very lovely hotel, rooms are very cosy and comfortable. There's a beautiful view and a great garden with benches to sit down and enjoy.

Our stay felt like being in a traditional English manor house. The property and the surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience.

Great place for a two-day stay in Conwy (it could have been longer to explore the region) ! The room was large with two sofas and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Very quiet. Easy to park nearby for free during weekdays. The personnel (at the next-door Hidden Chapel, where the reception is and where breakfast is served) was great. One night I had dinner at the Hidden Chapel and the food was delicious. and the next evening I went for a drink while there was jazz life music.

Staff absolutely top class ... friendly and helpful. Location brilliant. Bar area for dinner had a lovely Christmas atmosphere. First visit .... Will be back 👍👍

Amazing spa experience, fabulous food and enormous room with great views.

It was truly beautiful with gorgeous gardens and quaint cottages. Every touch was lovely and so clean . An original Nespresso machine and cozy pillows and bedding. All staff were outstanding and made our stay extremely memorable.
