Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

Great location, ideal for a single night layover. Clean and room. Considering it was a compact room, it was more than big enough. Comfy bed and nice and quiet.

Easy parking for my hire car, clean facilities, the PIN code for your door to your room made me feel very safe. The bar down stairs was super convenient and the staff were just incredible! Super friendly and always happy to help! Had some wonderful conversations with the staff (and even other guests) and they always greeted me with a warm welcome every time I was coming and going. Nothing was too much trouble for reception or the house keeping staff too. Would stay again just for the staff 🥰

For a holiday inn it was a bit shabby expected more the room was very dated the tv wasn’t working & door looked like it been kicked in at some stage , positives were a good shower & very quiet , would go there again no it was more like a 2 or 3 star hotel or expect more from a holiday inn

My main takeaway is that it was very quiet away from the city centre shops. I was walking around on a warm Sunday morning and there were very few people out and about. I was pleasantly surprised to see a decent sized theatre in the city centre. The bus service was very good. We had been to visit an elderly relative in a care home and there was a bus stop nearby. Even though it was a Sunday, we didn't have to wait too long for a bus to take us to the train station.

Runcorn is beautiful and we came to visit relatives.

Runcorn is beautiful and we came to visit relatives. But our stay at the hotel wasn’t worth it. It was old and needs overall revamping. Reception staff was nice but the room was so tiny with AC not working and bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.

We did not go into Runcorn at all.

We did not go into Runcorn at all. We used the hotel, as we were visiting Frodsham and Chester, to see family. Unfortunately, Runcorn is not a place I would visit. The hotel says it’s in Runcorn, but it’s actually in Sutton Weaver. There’s nothing in Runcorn to see. Your best bet is going further afield to Liverpool or Chester.

Runcorn has lots to offer: pubs, of course the chippy, a theatre and I think a cinema too. As well there's a lovely dessert-shop which offers ice-cream, waffles, cakes, pancakes or crepe until very late with lots of options... Wonderful. The people there are just lovely. Lots of other places are quite close, e.g. Liverpool, the country of Wales and different places on the coast. Watch out for the bridges and don't forget to pay the toll.

Outstanding...there's properties to rent then there's Modern chic 3 storey in Runcorn. This has everything you could want, privacy, quietness, 3 story views of the countryside, a fantastic kids park close, 2 car parks, master bedroom en suite, great hot water, beautiful and comfortable beds, all facilities including a washer dryer. Hannah's communication made for a relaxing enjoyable stay, one we intend to do again on our next UK visit

Cannot fault this place. Its not the Ritz and nor should it be for the price. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable double bed. The staff were friendly and amazing. The prices were cheapest ive seen for some time in the bar. Have not got a bad word to say about this place. Thank you for a great stay.

It felt very homely and we had enjoyed freedom very our normal everyday lives,, was a bit weird having to supply our own food as we was doing it on the cheap but we loved it and did not want leave in the end. Despite the reviews I had read, It was better than expected. Don't always believe what you read.
