It was very handy for the family wedding being held at Sorn Castle. The owner supplied milk, fruit for breakfast and a bottle of wine for our supper.

Great friendly environment very. Clean rooms and very pleasant and accommodating staff. Stylish restaurant with good quality food. Cocktails were fab and reasonably priced.

This really feels like home from the moment you arrive. It's so peaceful and beautiful, ideal for a chilled night in front of the fire whilst watching the stars through the patio doors, the views are incredible and the host is wonderful, so helpful and welcoming,providing us with local information from where to find food to the best walks in the local area. The decor in the cabin itself is just stunning and really feels like a wee Scottish hoose!then of course with chickens and cows as neighbors you don't have to go far to see the wild life!

For the money we paid it was a bed for the night with fantastically friendly and attentive staff. We were made to feel welcome by Robert on the desk, always greated me with a smile and remembered my name. The hotel is quite dated, but for £50 for the night for 2 people it was good value for money for the 12 hours we were there.

The room was nice but basic, it was clean. The outdoors area was great. Staff nice especially the cleaner. Beds comfortable , newley decorated and new fitted shower which was great.. Very spacious family room for three. Plenty coffee / tea etc in the room. Bar looked nice .
