The staff were very attentive and met all our needs nothing was a bother. The grounds were perfectly, peaceful and nature friendly. I just wish I saw some wildlife. Rooms very nice,breakfast good hash browns cold. Dinner menu needs attention too much bread,pies curry no not when travelling. For the price expected something better for dinner. Price for single person,pensioner high but very convenient for airport and quiet.

Booked a room as we were flying out from Liverpool airport early the next morning. The airport is literally around the corner and we were easily able to catch a bus into the city centre for the afternoon/evening. Host was very friendly and helpful and explained we could have left our car in their carpark (which is locked overnight) for the duration of our holiday at a much cheaper rate than we paid for airport parking. Room was pleasant, clean and well stocked. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

We have stayed two separate nights at this hotel at start and end of a trip from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The first night, room and bathroom very clean and the second night room was fine and a nice temperature given freezing temps outside, but bathroom needed better cleaning.

The house is very close to Liverpool Airport. Richard the host is a really nice guy and I enjoyed our conversations. He was very accommodating with checkin etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. And a bargain price.
