We were just blown away by the Studio, Katie had thought of everything you could need for a perfect getaway experience, and she was so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we've found anywhere in our travels - we even found two hot water bottles, just in case (not needed). The breakfast provided was just right for us. Our dog, Grace, was in her element, loads of walkies and places to explore. Just wonderful!!

The location was excellent as we were visiting family at Kendrew Barracks. Pub was lovely, warm and welcoming. Room was lovely and the bed was clean and comfortable. Food was lovely and catered for my gluten free needs. Steve was the most fantastic host who really couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommended.

I received a warm welcome when I arrived and had parking reserved for me on the drive. The hosts has thought of everything I might need for my stay including fresh milk and things for breakfast. The space was clean and well-presented. It was the perfect base from which I could visit friends who live locally and I’ll definitely be back again.

I didn't see much of the pub apart from the main bar and the breakfast area, but what I saw looked lovely. My room with en suite was very comfortable and the landlord was friendly and helpful, and provided a good breakfast the following morning. There was also plenty of parking behind the pub.
