Ria & Stephen made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely room on the ground floor with en-suite shower facilities. Tea & coffee facilities were provided with chocolate biscuits 😋. Also bottled water. Parking was good. Loved that we could order for breakfast rather than there be any waste, and because it was cooked to order, it was fresh & delicious. Property is about 1.25 miles walk into Burnham where we ate for both nights of our stay, at St. Peppers & Ruam Thai. Thanks again for being lovely hosts.
