Welcoming environment and staff Room was well sized, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was plenty for myself. Evening meal was delicious-salmon-and service was friendly. Lovely outlook onto the Carshalton Ponds.

I am so impressed with this hotel. Not only are the staff very helpful and kind the hotel is clean! The room is modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is hearty! I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. It’s also very quiet. They even have a kiosk that you can book tickets through. Our Uber app wasn’t working so we were able to use the kiosk.

Everything was excellent. The place was spotless, new, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and incredibly flexible with our requests. We even found some fruit, snacks, and drinks waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. After we checked out, the host kindly reached out to let us know we had forgotten an adapter. A perfect stay, exactly what we were looking for!

The staff vary considerably - some are friendly and really helpful whereas others are 'just doing the bare minimum'. There were some great eateries around the area and plenty of shops, bank and coffee houses. Great location with easy access to the station and the town.

Sutton is a great location if you are wanting to travel to...

Sutton is a great location if you are wanting to travel to London or elsewhere in the country. Trains and buses are easy to source from there. The shopping area is great with good supermarkets, chemists, pubs and restaurants.

Went to see my family.

Went to see my family. Moved to the West Country to leave the area behind. Still trying to persuade my son etc to move near me. London is now a good place to leave, thanks to Sadiq Khan amongst other things. It can only get worse !!!!!

Mt reason for being in Sutton was to do with a hospital visit and I stay there when I have to. I like this hotel and staff very much and they are pleasant which is nice when you are on your own. I didn't go out and about in Sutton and ate in the hotel.

Easy to travel from Airport to Sutton.

Easy to travel from Airport to Sutton. Good quality travel service to and from London. Sutton has a variety of different shop and places to eat or just have a coffee plus many public houses if you want a drink.

Sutton is lovely. The shopping is good plenty of shops.

Sutton is lovely. The shopping is good plenty of shops. Nice tidy little town. The Greyhound hotel is in Carshalton a little place just outside Sutton which has a lovely park to wander around. There is a great cafe too The Galaxy serve absolutely lovely food at very good prices too.
