For me is the best hotel in London I love it.

The staff were very helpful and nice to us. Also it is a good location and very good value for the money. If i need to stay in that area again definitely will go there!

Close to Shops and train stations and a nice quiet area to stay

All. The staff were super kind and all were excellent. Especially a women who were during breakfast and who was also in charge of cleaning the rooms.

Spacious, clean room; quite comfortable beds; coffee, tea in the room; very friendly and helpful staff; 24/7 reception, parking at the hotel, restaurant right next to the hotel, quite a quiet place

The room and the bathroom were very neat and comfortable. All the staff that we interacted with were exceptionally friendly, courteous and highly professional. The breakfast too was great.

Staff were amazing. On arrival a the entrance, the road was blocked with no way in., The response to our phone call for assistance was extremely understanding and talked us through ' how to get there'. All staff throughout the resort were smiley and helpful. Rooms are not corporate! Bed super comfortable with good quality furnishings throughout. Good attention to detail. We don't live in the UK, so it was a pleasure to be welcomed by the staff throughout the resort, as well as on the golf course, from Stanley the Caddie master- to the main man Ashleigh- who clearly runs a tight ship. ( working in all areas himself, with a keen eye) Lots of space to walk around and relax. Good restaurant on site, excellent breakfast served from 07.30am to 12 noon! Great place for corporate events, weddings and other celebrations. Easy parking.

The amazing staff I checked in at 2 am they was amazing So helpful which was really good after a long drive and feeling so tired

Great facility - my room was the sanctuary I needed.

Really kept so clean and neat. Was so pleasantly surprised. The rooms was comfy and the breakfast was really good. Staff were exceptional.

Staff are very friendly. Place is lovely and clean. Walk from the shopping center and 10 mins from Wimbledon village.

The staff member who checked us in was so friendly. She upgraded our room for us. The room was stunning like something from a book. We went to the bar and sat out in the garden for a drink overlooking the golf course. It was stunning. The girl who checked us out the next morning was so friendly too. It’s a stunning place
