We had a lovely time at The Castle inn Wigmore. Lovely rooms, friendly accommodating staff that went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was 10 out of 10 , we will definitely be staying there next time we visit the area.

A superb B&B in a rural setting. Our hosts, Jonathan and Mary, could not do more for us. In fact, at their insistence, they washed and ironed a load of our dirty laundry. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with a choice of cereals, juice, yoghurt and fruit compotes, as well as your choice of a cooked breakfast.

Location next to the river. Tastefully decorated yet sympathetic to the pubs age and history. I noticed only young people running the place yet each and every one were friendly and service minded. Excellent job! Food delicious and well cooked. A lovely place to overnight! Free parking round the back.
