The Lodge was very comfortable, smartly furnished and sparkly clean. The big garden was an especial treat; I sat out on the covered patio numerous times enjoying the sunshine and the birds. The location was excellent, literally a couple of minutes walk to the Market Cross, but quiet. I didn't need to rent a car, everything (including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, station, etc) was within walking distance. Nice walks around town, loved the walk along the river and through the abbey grounds. Both Lucy (the manager) and Lucy (neighbour next door and cleaner) were very helpful and kind.

Set on over 200 acres of landscaped grounds and green fields, 5 miles south of central Norwich, Park Farm has a bar, restaurant, health club and free parking. Everything. Driving up to the hotel, a long drive with great views, hotel looks stunning . The staff on the reception are just lovely, so friendly and very keen to help. A lovely lady called Taylor helped us with everything we asked of her and always with a smile, she is a credit to the company. The hotel rooms are spotless, We requested extra towels and room service and both requests were dealt with quickly. The beds were great never woke up once in the night, it was really big and comfy. We also had a large bath and shower in our room which were clean to the touch. There were also extras, an iron and board, hairdryer and coffee and tea facilities. The views from our room were just lovely noting but country side and to open the patio door and sit on table and chairs with a cup of coffee first thing on a fresh winters morning is so refreshing just great. i have travelled to many parts of the world and stayed in many hotels and can say that this one will take some beating so really well Park Farm and thank you, Susan Amy
