Lovely location with amazing views. the room was large with it's own balcony. The Ranch Cafe was delightful with horses and dogs roaming around. Many hammocks to chill out on and the riding was great. Beer was good too!!

BODBE Hotel is visually spectacular — brand new, luxurious design, and clearly built to impress. The rooms are nice, the surroundings elegant, and the overall impression is high-end. The view over the village and the valley below is breathtaking. The overall atmosphere is perhaps a bit impersonal, but that depends on your taste. "Get the celebrity treatment with world-class service at BODBE Hotel" is their heading on Booking.com. This creates expectations - not only for the hotel itself, but for the customer experience. Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. Staff seemed uncoordinated, uninterested in us as customers and occasionally rude. Simple things like car and luggage handling, and restaurant service, became frustrating. Luggage and car key were taken care of on arrival, but nobody knew who the suitcases and car key belonged to afterwards. At dinner, a mistake with our order was met with blame rather than an apology, which was disappointing. That said, hotel management took our concerns seriously and responded with professionalism, offering a sincere apology and compensating us generously. This shows they are committed to improvement. The hotel has strong potential, but achieving a truly world-class guest experience will require significant improvement in staff training, culture, and customer focus. We wish the hotel management every success in their endeavors!

Everything was wonderful. So far this was our best hotel in Georgia. The two women handling the hotel, breakfast and wine tasting are so kind and we really enjoyed our stay. The winery is quite new some of the wines are experimental. We enjoyed the wine tasting especially the comparison of same grapes - once produced to wine in Georgian style and once in European style. We had one of the “premium wines” that smelled like flowers. As well the view from the terrace was amazing and a great time to relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
