The front desk is always ready to help; very nice people. The room was well cleaned every day and smelled very nice. Nice air-conditioned rooms. Electricity was continously provided. The hotel is so close to the city, easy access to transportation at all times. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food.

My wife and I liked many things about this guest house. It was quiet, the noise on Oxford Street is quite loud. The guesthouse is a five minute walk from all that noise. The staff and the manager ware exceptionally helpful. Wi-Fi was reliable. We also had a queen size comfortable bed.

The Kempinski Hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing a royal experience from the moment their airport shuttle picked me up to when it returned me to the airport. Their services, food, and customer service were unparalleled. Throughout my week-long stay, every staff member, including those from the Lady in Red service, room service, laundry service, poolside, drivers, porters, greeters, security, dining room, and front desk, displayed top-notch professionalism. It was the perfect stay for my first visit to Ghana. I liked how clean it was in a very calm neighbourhood.

I liked how clean it was in a very calm neighbourhood. There were local shops, a bakery 5 minutes away, a pharmacy and nail salon next door. We had a rental car so it was accessible to most places we wanted to go. It was also not too far from the airport. The host Eli was amazing. Although it says free Wi-Fi, it ran out due the fact we were streaming Netflix and this was not mentioned when booking or arriving at the accommodation. We had the lovely IT guy Richmond giving us additional Wi-Fi so that was great!

Good location and apartment just as described on booking.com. Hosts are super helpful and always checks up on you and to find out if you have any issues. Beautiful compound. I recommend any of their properties for a short or long stay.
