The apartment is brand new, very clean and has everything necessary to enjoy your holidays. The patio on the first floor has garden furniture if you want to chill or work outside. 5 mins walk from the beach. The host is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the beach, with the shop, bus stop and restaurants also close by. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and welcoming, we had such a lovely stay. The room was very clean, and food downstairs delicious.

Everything was exceptional. The property is really nice, set in a beautiful garden with a really nice outdoor pool. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The breakfast had a good choice and was filling. The property has a restaurant so on those evenings where you want to relax and stay close by you can enjoy it there too. Definetly recommended.

This was the 3rd time I'd stayed at Avra Imperial, and as an up-grade I got a room with a private pool in the adults only wing. Everything was perfect: nice, spacious, freshly painted and clean room, refreshing pool on the terrace, some fruit and wine on the table to welcome the guests...I loved swimming in the huge glass-walled pool in the garden of the main building, and later in the much quieter pool of the adults only wing. I had buffet dinner in the Basilico restaurant, all the meals - and desserts- I tasted were delicious. ( You can choose to have à la carte dinner in the Al Fresco restaurant, as well. ) In the evening there was live music in the bar. The next day I had breakfast in the Residence Collection's restaurant, which offered a calm and peaceful experience and a wide variety of breakfast choices ( including hot meals as well as fruit, yoghurt and amazing pastries ) and fresh orange juice. All in all, I had a lovely and relaxing mini-holiday in Avra Imperial and I'm grateful for the staff that they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.Thank you for everything. The entire experience was unforgettable! Elegant design, waterfront location, hospitable staff, excellent food, and to us the fact that the entire resort is 100% accessible to people with disabilities was crucial. Thanks to the staff for making our stay the most pleasant we had in Crete!

Very comfortable rooms and few swimmingpools, not so crowdy. Waterpark excellent for kids but adults would also find nice attractions. Food teasty and various but every day similar dishes, anyway very good.

A beautiful location amongst the olive groves with spectacular views. A good place to relax and explore nearby hikes and restaurants. We did some lovely wine and olive oil tastings nearby. Breakfast was fantastic!

Every single member of the staff was polite and helpful. From the receptionists to the restaurant servers, they made us feel truly welcome.

The staff, the location, the food, cleanliness. I have to say that from the two lovely ladies at reception, the bar and restaurant staff to the amazing gentleman that owns Bella Pais, they all are the most friendly and helpful. I could recommend this place , it's not luxurious but it's clean and cousy and you feel like home.

Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing, starting from the receptionists who were the best at their jobs and helped us with everything we needed, to the kitchen and the bar staff. Everyone, including the manager, was so kind to us and made sure our stay was the best possible. If I’ll ever return to Crete, Maleme Mare is my option. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a great time in Crete even if you don’t feel like traveling!

Cleanliness was exceptional in every area of the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet, while the pool area provided a perfect place to relax. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout.

This is a great place to enjoy summer holidays. If you are with your family I highly recommend it. Relax, friendly people and staff will make the overall experience unique.
