It was such a great stay at Green Villa - a perfect choice for accomodation in Lefkada. It has very good location - situated up in the mountains - in a quiet region, but still with very good approach to the main road and to the all great beaches at the west coast.The room (studio) was always very clean, with all the needed equipment, nice balcony and great kitchen with double plate stove, electric kettle, toaster, and good quite big fridge. We appreciated mosquito nets and as well dark curtains, which held the room perfectly cold, so we didn't need to use the AC more than once or twice (and that was just for a moment). We enjoyed making our breakfast with the good equipment of the kitchen and have them at our balcony :) The pool was also very good with a nice view from the pool chairs. The owners were very nice, always helpful, they gave us all the important advise we needed, told us where are the best beaches and stored our luggage after check-out, which helped us to enjoy our last day in Lefkada to the fullest :) I can just recommend Green Villa as a wonderful accomodation in Lefkada :)

Our stay was very comfortable. We got more than what we expected. We had our own parking area and pool and a large outdoor sundeck to watch the spectacular sunset. A nice living room, two bathrooms and a very comfortable double bed. It was quiet but close to most popular sites and beaches. It was new and clean. We’ll be going back for sure.

I think Agios Nikitas would be absolutely impossible to enjoy during the peak summer months. It is just too small for the demand created by its lovely beach, lack of vehicle traffic, and excellent restaurants. But if you go either early or late in the tourist season, the place is a rare gem. My favourite part was having an easily accessible, sand beach with light surf ... and not ONE SINGLE commercial beach umbrella. They are the bane of Greek holidays to me. They make me feel like sardines lined up geometrically on a baking tray. On Agios Nikitas, it's like beaches used to be ... just you, the sand, and the sea

Agios Nikitas is a lovely little town with a great atmosphere. It’s very convenient — restaurants and shops are close by, and there’s a small city beach just a short walk away. Milos Beach is also nearby, though we didn’t get the chance to visit it. It’s a good place to stay if you want an easy and relaxing time without driving too much. However, if you want to see the famous turquoise beaches of Lefkada, like Egremni or Porto Katsiki, be ready for a 40–60 minute drive on very winding roads.

Authentic village, really brought home traditional Greece. Didn't like beach, very narrow, sand always damp due to tides and we noticed quite a few cats pooping and burying their business on the beach so put us off sunbathing there. Milos beach, although quite a walk over the hill, was our favourite and really can't be missed, beautiful sunsets (we were here several times). Great little restaurants in the village, didn't have a bad meal anywhere and we tried alot of places. People friendly.

Agios Nikitas is a charming little town with a small beach...

Agios Nikitas is a charming little town with a small beach and crystal-clear water. We only went to Agios Nikitas beach on the day of our arrival, as it’s quite small and usually crowded. I highly recommend Milos Beach, it’s truly breathtaking and completely wild, except for one small bar (so take everything with you). Please don’t take the road from the nearby hill, as it’s dangerous. Instead, take the path from Agios Nikitas: it’s about a 30-minute walk (up and down a hill), but it’s a very pleasant trail. Also, be sure to visit Rachi/Fly Me Lefkada - the Google Maps photos don’t do them justice. It’s a truly beautiful spot with an incredible view.

Great relaxing option

Great relaxing option It does get a bit busy but you always find a spot at the beach or at a restaurant/ taverna A great discovery was the olive grove italian restaurant up the top of the main street, slightly to the left Just out of all the hussle and bustle Nice cool breezey area in a raised up area Food…. Oh its sensational as are the amazing staff We went 2 nights in a row We stayed 7 days Last 2 we hired a car Do it !!! We went up into the mountains and its so cool/ very little traffic as everyone wants the beachs We found amazing places to stop to eat and drink So worth it Plus the scenery and the tight curling roads are so amazing

A great place to stay if you are wanting to explore Lefkada Island. The village is nice and small and lots of life during the day swimming and restaurants in evening. Amazing trip down to Porto Katsiki beach and then RACHI restaurant up in the mountains in evening.

Very clean room, very comfy beds and pillows. Staff were always helpful and nice. The dinner was quite varied and the dishes were tasty. Very nice view of the sea from our balcony! quiet mountain area around the hotel. Nice pool, we could sit around it even after dinner and enjoy a drink from the bar! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! Good location for visiting Agios Nikitas town, and Kathisma beach is only 5 minutes by car.

Perfect holiday Accomodation. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location in the centre of Agios Nikitas, which is a beautiful village with excellent restaurants and easy (walkable) access to 2 fantastic beaches. Panos and the team are perfect hosts - welcoming, friendly and always on hand to help with the queries/advice/recommendations etc. they provide bus info, booked our onward taxi to Lefkada and many more!

The house is very nice, clean, comfortable and equipt with all necessary. Тhe pool is a very good addition, it is cleaning every two days. Agios Nikitas village and Katisma beach are very close to the villa. Lefkada is a wonderful place to relax.
